- Original valid passport at least for 06 months,
- Two colour photo 35mmx45mm 80% face white background.
- Visa application form signed by blue ball pen.
- Covering letter from applicant in detail of travel addressing to singapore consulate mumbai.( if salaried)
- Salary slip of 03 months.
- Personal bank statement copy for last 06 month with balance of above RS.50,000/- with bank seal.
- Hotel booking and if going on family visit then invitation letter from the invitee and invitee passport and employment pass copy.
- If having own business then covering letter on company letterhead with seal along with GST certificate
- Personal income tax of last 3 years.
- For children’s student ID card is mandatory.
